Returns & Replacements

If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of receipt in its original "new condition" and we will refund the product price. If the packaging has been damaged or discarded please package it securely and return it to us. The value of your goods will be refunded or exchanged but this will not include your postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. However should you need to return any goods due to there being a fault with them then your postage costs will be refunded to you.
